While meals in Economy Class are more or less there to tide you over during the flight to your destinations, meals in premium cabins are on a totally different level. These are elevated to a restaurant and fine dining experience on certain airlines. In addition, you also get an unlimited free flow bar boosting labels like Krug and Dom. Singapore Airlines offers the most generous meal selection program out there. The Book The Cook offering allows you to pre-select your meals when flying out from certain stations. You have to choose your meal at least 24 hours ahead (48 hours prior for Newark and Auckland). Book The Cook is offered in Suites / First Class, Business Class and Premium Economy for flights above 1.5 hours flight time. The meal type offer will be dependent on the onboard meal service for the specific flight. It might also not be available on certain routes. The usual BTC menu is more or less standard but the Hawker Special Feature do change from time to time. Do also note that some dishes are only available on flights more than 3.5 or 4 hours out. You can find more information here. In addition to BTC, do check the Inflight Menu on your flight. This is available about a week ahead. Here are the meals I had on my flights with pictures. Conclusion

Here is all that I have tried onboard Singapore Airlines. I appreciate having this option and variety onboard Singapore Airlines. This is the most impressive meal selection for premium cabins. I can still vividly remember being so bored with the meal selection onboard ANA when I flew with them 8 times over a month. With 43 choices on Business Class out of Singapore and the Inflight Menu, you can literally fly every day and not have the same thing at all for a month. I certainly miss the BTC during covid days. I would love to try the Premium Economy choices someday too. If anyone has pictures of a meal that I have not included here, do feel free to send them to me. I would love to include them here.
