Update May 2025: Latest Menu
This is the other lounge under the PP network that I have barely used. Given the landside location, it is not that useful as compared to the other lounge. You can use it as an arrival lounge to freshen up and rest. The concept was originally started for the Fly Cruise concept but that got screwed by COVID. I did visit it back a couple of years ago and figured that it was time for another review. You can check out my old review here. Much has changed since. There is a whole network of bars, restaurants, hotels, spas and even caviar stores. Anything can be available to members. It depends on the location. Do constantly check to see if there is anything new. I love this concept especially when I have an unlimited Priority Pass card. I always love seeing what is around the airport that I am flying out from. It can be precious if you have multiple outlets that work on a credit system. I have visited a number of these both abroad and in Singapore.
Access Requirements
Changi Lounge is open daily from 6am to 10pm. The last order for food is 9pm. You can access this lounge via lounge program membership like Priority Pass. I have an unlimited Priority Pass through my Citi Prestige Credit Card or my UOB Reserve Card and I use that to access the lounge. A normal entrance will cost 35 USD via PP. Typical guest entitlements follow. You can also pay directly for an entrance to the lounge. This will cost between 20 SGD to 50 SGD.
Arrival & Location
The lounge is located landside. This reduces the usefulness of this lounge. It is in Jewel, a shopping complex directly connected to Terminal 1 of Changi Airport. You can easily find it after exiting arrivals opposite the early check-in desks. I was welcomed by the host at the desk and offered entrance after presenting my PP card and boarding pass. We also issued a ticket that shows our entitlement for 1 meal, 1 beer and a shower. This is included as part of your entrance under Priority Pass. You get the premium access. Do make a reservation at the reception if you want to use the showers.
Changi Lounge Jewel Singapore Changi Airport
The lounge is quite cosy and feels like a posh residence. The seatings are nicely arranged like a living room. After all these years, it felt like the furniture was quite old and used. Some touch-ups and cleaning are needed. Power outlets are found within reach and you can also access the free wifi that is available throughout Jewel. Here are some pictures of the lounge. Usage of nap room and meeting room requires additional payment.
While the lounge comes with 3 shower rooms, there are no toilets in the lounge. This isn’t good. You have to exit the lounge and use the ones in the public areas. The showers are surprisingly nice and pleasant. I had a quick look at it. They are well maintained and cleaned by the staff. Usage is on a reservation basis. The shower suites come with a spacious luggage area. There are both a handheld shower head and a rainforest one. You can even find a Dyson hair dryer inside.
Food and Drinks
There is a small refreshment area here with unlimited snacks and non-alcoholic drinks for guests’ usage. At the point of my visits, it is quite miserable with only some stale pastries.
There are assortments of canned drinks, oat milk and some pudding.
Besides the small refreshment area, you can also order a meal from the menu to supplement it. This is included in your entrance under Priority Pass. You can check out the menu over here.
I tried the Bar Bites Platter and the Chili Crab with Mantou. It was quite good. Freshly prepared food is always better than stale ones on the buffet line.

You also get one beer and they are currently offering the Brewerkz craft beer.
Update May 2025

Conclusion
It is nothing much but always nice to have another option and choice over here. With an unlimited PP pass, it just gets even better. For those staying near the airport like me, it is a great option to come back and enjoy a pint or so. I love that they have made some improvements to the lounge since my first visit. I like the concept of offering a fresh draft beer and a la carte food menu and look forward to being back at times to use the lounge again.
