This is the other rather new Priority Pass restaurant in Terminal 4. T4 is still rather foreign to me. I have been putting off visiting this spot as it is inconvenient with the shuttle bus. This nicely complements the other PP bar and lounge in this terminal. Do constantly check to see if there is anything new when you are flying to see any new additions. I love this PP concept when I have an unlimited Priority Pass card. It can be very valuable if you have multiple outlets at the same airport. I have visited a number of these both abroad and in Singapore. The food quality is higher as compared to those lounges. You can check out my overview of Priority Pass options over here at Singapore Changi Airport.

Access Requirements

Crystal Jade GO is open daily from 7am to 11pm. You can access this lounge via lounge program membership like Priority Pass. I have an unlimited Priority Pass through my Citi Prestige Credit Card or my UOB Reserve Card and I use that to access the lounge. A normal entrance will cost 35 USD. Typical guest entitlements follow.

Arrival & Location

The restaurant is in the central area. You will easily spot it with the bright sign! It is diagonally opposite the Tiger Den. I was warmly welcomed in by the staff after informing them that I would like to enter using a Priority Pass and invited to take a seat. The staff at the counter then swiped my PP card. It is also possible to access this place even if you are departing from the other terminals. It does take quite some time from the other terminals as you need to get the shuttle bus. This can be up to 45 mins. For this particular outlet, it doesn’t go by a credit system but rather by a set menu. I wish that they could do credits and then we can order from the normal ala carte menu that will be much better for frequent visitors.

Crystal Jade GO

This is more of a proper restaurant rather than a lounge. The seats consist of typical restaurant table seatings. I won’t say that the seats are comfy. Some of them comes with power outlets. This is more of a spot where you pop in for a meal rather than staying for extended periods.

You can find the Priority Pass menu for the restaurant here.

I tried the duck rice combo and the wanton mee combo. I will update this with more pictures when I visit them again. Both were excellent and delicious. I really enjoy it. The food here is so much better as compared to the Tiger Den.

Conclusion

This is a good spot if you want to grab some food before your flight. It is definitely the place to go for over the Tiger Den and the Blossom Lounge. I am a fan of Priority Pass restaurants these days. The food quality will always be better than those contract lounges. My SOP over here in T4 would be to come here for a meal, head to the Tiger Den for some draft beers and cocktails. Check out the other Priority Pass options that I visited in Singapore.
