This is the other newly added Priority Pass restaurant and my third visit of the day! Do check out my review of Terrace Restaurant and Asian Street Kitchen. I managed to visit right on the first day of operations. There is a whole network of bars, restaurants, hotels, spas and even caviar stores. Anything can be available to members. It depends on the location. Do constantly check to see if there is anything new. I certainly love this concept especially when I have an unlimited Priority Pass card. I always love seeing what is around the airport that I am flying out from. It can be very valuable if you have multiple outlets that work on a credit system. I have visited a number of these both abroad and in Singapore. What is different about this from the other facility is also this place works on a credit concept. This is preferred as you can order what you like from the menu. I am a huge fan of these restaurants as the food is usually of a higher calibre than those contract lounges.

Access Requirements

The Big Smoke Taphouse & Kitchen is open daily from 6am till late. The ending time depends on the flight schedule. You can access this lounge via lounge program membership like Priority Pass. I have an unlimited Priority Pass through my Citi Prestige Credit Card or my UOB Reserve Card and use that to access the lounge. A normal entrance will cost 35 USD. Typical guest entitlements follow.

Arrival & Location

The restaurant is in the main transit area on the left. Simply head right after clearing immigration. You will easily spot it around the Gate A20 and A21 areas. Simply inform the staff at the bar area that you would like to enter using a Priority Pass and be shown to a table. The staff then came by to swipe my membership card. Cardholders are entitled to up to 18 Pounds off the menu. If you bring in a guest, that will be 36 Pounds. You can order anything you want off the menu up to the limit of the credit. Anything extra can be paid with cash.

Big Smoke Taphouse & Kitchen

This is more of a proper restaurant rather than a lounge. The seats are rather comfy and spacious. As mentioned earlier, you are allowed 18 Pounds per person. You can order anything on the menu. Check out the menu over here. The prices here are definitely on the high side.

Here are some pictures of the restaurant.

Conclusion

I was just in and out of the place. Sadly, I did not have enough time to check out the food. I always enjoy places like this from Priority Pass. The food here might be better than those stale contract lounge buffet selections. The prices here are airport-level. But since I am getting it for free, this is not a problem for me. The value of my unlimited Priority Pass is unbeatable.
