Update Jun 2026: Food Pictures

Harry’s is the latest addition to the Priority Pass network over here in Singapore. This is very welcoming news to hear in the contract lounge and Priority Pass space. Another exciting spot to add to your itinerary when flying in and out of Singapore Changi Airport. There is really a plethora of options over here. There is a whole network of bars, restaurants, hotels, spas and even caviar stores. Anything can be available to members. It depends on the location. Do constantly check to see if there is anything new. I certainly love this concept. Check out my collection of Singapore Priority Pass reviews that I have over here. The more the merrier. I only managed to check this out recently. It does go by a set menu of options rather than credit, which might be slightly inflexible. I will update this post from time to time when I have more pictures of the food to share.

Access Requirements

Harry’s over here in T3 is open 24 hours. You can access this lounge through a lounge program membership, such as Priority Pass. I have an unlimited Priority Pass through my UOB Reserve Card or my Citi Prestige Credit Card, which provides me with 12 yearly visits. I access the lounge primarily using these two cards. A standard entrance will cost 35USD. Typical guest entitlements follow. You can also pre-book the lounge via the PP app, although at an additional cost.

Arrival & Location

You can find it to the left of the terminal after clearing immigration. Simply turn left and walk for a little while before you can find the spot near Tiffany. You will be able to spot it easily. This is more of a restaurant rather than a typical lounge, so there’s no reception in place. Simply head to the bar or approach one of the staff to inform them that you would like to use Priority Pass to enter. You will then be invited to take a seat, and they will scan your card.

I will just share some pictures of the restaurant area here. It is simple but comfortable. Some of the sittings, especially those near the bar, come with power outlets. Wi-Fi is always available here through the Changi network.

Food and Drinks

You can find the general menu for the restaurant here.

Sadly, this outlet operates on a set menu basis and for guests entering with PP, you will only be able to order from a designated set menu. This is slightly different from the other outlets in T1 and T2.

It took around 10 minutes for the food to be served. Do note that they were empty at the point of my visit.  I went for the breakfast of champions, which is like a big breakfast. The food was really good and tasted just like it came from a cafe. This is why I far prefer freshly made food over lounge buffets.

Conclusion

It’s definitely nice to have another option over here in Changi. I welcome the addition. I just wish that they could do a credit system for guests to try out more stuff from the general menu. It’s nice to have more choices, and having an unlimited Priority Pass just makes everything so fuss-free and easy. I seriously can’t understand the idea of doing a set menu as compared to a credit since it offers more flexibility and options for your customers. Priority Pass pays the same amount of money to the restaurant. The restaurant still offers the same menu items and does the same prep. There will also be an opportunity to increase revenue if the customer spends more than the credit limit. The ambience was pretty nice for a typical airport restaurant. I will update this post from time to time when I have more pictures of the food to share.
