We travelled throughout Italy during our time in Europe. We started in the North and ended in the South. During our stay in Milan, we went to Venice for a couple of nights. I have been to Venice years back on my first ever trip to Europe. I have always wanted to be back to properly see the city. After all, that was such a short day trip. I would also like to head back during winter when it is much quieter, and the weather is cooler. I had purposely planned to go to Venice and made sure to have plenty of time here. We will be staying in Venice and spending 4 nights here. I want to properly check out the city and also head to Murano and Burano. I did so much over here. It is one of my favourite cities as of now. Let’s check it out!

Conclusion

Venice is spectacular when all the day trippers have left. It is amazing wandering around late at night over the winding alleys. Venice is not about a single attraction but rather the vibe of the entire place itself. I highly recommend it, and it is so different from my first visit. The most enjoyable part was just wandering around aimlessly in the city, strolling through the various alleys and getting lost. I had so many spectacular sunsets here. Venice is so different in the evening and when it is quiet. I also enjoyed it a lot with the weather and being slightly quieter. I probably won’t have enjoyed it as much in the summer!
