Priority Pass has since advanced far from offering just lounges to travellers. There is a whole network of bars, restaurants, hotels, spas and even caviar stores. Anything can be available to members. It depends on the location. I certainly love this concept especially when I have an unlimited priority pass card. I always love seeing what is around the airport that I am flying out from. It can be very valuable if you have multiple outlets that work on a credit system. I also love a spa or massage outlet. I have visited a number of these both abroad and in Singapore. This time around I am back checking out another PP restaurant in Singapore. I have heard plenty of good things about this Terrace restaurant in Terminal 1.
Access Requirements
Terrace Restaurant is open daily from 6am to 11pm. You can access this lounge via lounge program membership like Priority Pass. I have an unlimited Priority Pass through my Citi Prestige Credit Card or my UOB Reserve Card and use that to access the lounge. A normal entrance will cost 35 USD. Do note that you can simply show a mobile boarding pass if you have not checked in and get your physical boarding pass. A same-day boarding pass will suffice. That might be key since this is located landside. You can also use this lounge upon arrival too. You can bring in a guest.
Arrival & Location
The restaurant is located landside, before security. This makes the facility slightly less useful as you still have to take time to clear immigration and security. However, this is not a concern at all in Singapore where you can clear it in minutes. It is located on level 3. You can simply access it via the escalator. Simply inform the staff that you would like to use your priority pass when entering the restaurant. They have a specific set menu that you can choose from.
Terrace Restaurant Singapore Changi Airport Terminal 1
This is more of a proper restaurant rather than a lounge. As mentioned earlier, you can order from the specific set menu for guests. You can choose a side, a main and a drink. This will also be served with a soup on the side that changes from time to time. Do note that you can’t choose Milo or Beer for the drinks. Check out the menu over here.
They have a separate menu for breakfast service that is served in the morning. I have not had the chance to try it out yet.
Here are some pictures of the lounge. Service is very good and the food comes pretty fast. However, it takes a little more time if you order the steamed rice. I have to say that the food here is one of the best, both as a lounge and as a restaurant.
Since the first visit, I have already visited it multiple times. Throughout my visit, we tried out several dishes. The Steamed Sesame Oil Chicken Steamed Rice is my favourite and for the sides, the Crispy King Oyster Mushroom is good too. Here are some pictures of the food.
Breakfast service
This is more of an eat-and-leave kind of place and not a proper lounge where you stay to wait for your flight.

Conclusion
This is now my go-to place before and after my flight especially if I am flying out in budget or economy. The food is really good and in fact, I will be willing to pay for it too. Just make sure to cater some time for it since it is landside. I certainly appreciate Priority Pass expanding its networks. I love such restaurants, cafes, bars and even spa outlets. This can be handy if you have an unlimited priority pass. Most of the time, such food will be much better than what you can get at a contract lounge too. The value that I can extract is unbeatable. I am getting a free meal before and after my travels. With that being said, I do feel that they are slightly stingy with the tiger beer and milo, for 35 USD, it should not be too much of an issue. I am looking forward to being back one day to try out the breakfast menu too.
