One of the best meals that I had in Japan!!! I had such a great time over here! It is such a carefree and relaxed experience that you can simply wine down over some good food and drinks. It is less formal and daunting than those typical Teppanyaki places. It goes via a la carte over here and the prices are also much lighter on the wallet with simpler ingredients. I caught my eye on it after finding it on the map and they had high reviews. It seems like a great spot also to celebrate my dad’s birthday!
Reservations
Reservations are recommended since the place isn’t huge. The restaurant literally has space for less than 20 pax. While dining, I saw them turning away so many people. I managed to get a reservation through my concierge. The restaurant is open from Monday to Saturday from 3pm to 10pm.

Conclusion
It was a mind-blowing meal! We left stuffed! It was a blast and we certainly over-ordered since we wanted to try everything. It was such a great time with us seated right in front of the hot plate. The two chefs were grilling them all in front of us. The food was so good and we spent way less than what we would have at a usual Teppanyaki place. I love that we can order what we like. While the Garlic Prawns are their speciality, I find it rather alright! The chicken and beef were outstanding! Please order the steak! It was a chef’s kiss with some soy and wasabi! Please make a reservation as there were so many disappointed people. Prices range around 10 SGD for most dishes with the Japanese beef being the most expensive at 30 SGD. We got multiple rounds of drinks and the whole bill for the 4 of us came up to only 145 SGD! What a deal! I can’t wait for my next visit! I will be back every time I am in Kyoto!
