I am back with another PP lounge or restaurant review! Do remember to check out my newest overview post on the Priority Pass options in Singapore. I have been wanting to check this spot for a long time but have always not found the opportunity to do so. One of my main reasons for heading to Hong Kong is to review the lounges and this is one of them. I have been looking forward to checking this out as it seems to be in one of the TVB dramas that I caught prior. I am a huge fan of PP restaurants these days, sometimes the food is better than those contract lounge buffets. I made sure to have enough time to check it out on my recent trip to Hong Kong.

Access Requirements

The Intervals Sky Bar & Restaurant is open daily from 7am to 11.30pm. You can access this restaurant via a lounge program membership like Priority Pass. I have an unlimited Priority Pass through my Citi Prestige Card or my UOB Reserve Card and I use that to access the lounge. A normal entrance will cost 35 USD via PP. Typical guest entitlements follow. You can also pay directly for an entrance to the restaurant. They go with the set menu style here where you can choose your meals from a specific menu. Guests also enjoy an additional 10%  off the ala carte menu.

Arrival & Location

The restaurant is in the Sky Bridge area at level 9. You can find the area between gates 12 and 24. There are clear signs and you will spot it easily after heading up the escalator. Once you are here, simply turn around and there restaurant is right in front of you. The views here are excellent. If it looks familiar to you, you might remember the scene from a recent TVB drama.

Intervals Sky Bar & Restaurant

The restaurant is super gorgeous. It comes with an amazing view of the Hong Kong International airport. The tarmac views are simply lovely. This is superb for AVgeeks and my eyes were glued to those views the entire time I was there. There are both bar seats, window seats and some high-top tables. It is not an overly huge space. Do note that some of the settings are premium seatings and come with a minimum spend. I love the sight of planes taking off and landing.

Here are some pictures of the restaurant. It is picture-perfect during sunsets!

Food and Drinks

As mentioned earlier, it goes by a predetermined set menu over here. This is the menu during my visit.

You can also get 10% off the usual ala carte menu. The prices seem pretty fair for airport contexts! We tried each of the food and the cocktail. We went for the Violet Breeze and the Yuzu Spirits. The cocktails are really amazing and given the prices that I see from the menu, it does feel that you’re getting quite a good deal over here.

The food items were freshly cooked. The pasta is better than the pinchos.

Other non-alcoholic drinks were included! You can choose tea or coffee. We got some iced lemon Tea and espresso. Fantastic!

Conclusion

The drinks and views are the highlight over here! The food is unmemorable compared. I love the vibes over here. This is a must-visit for me whenever I fly through HKIA! Please check it out! It might just be the most gorgeous Priority Pass restaurant I have ever visited. Both the alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks are excellent and made by a proper bartender! There is another PP restaurant in Hong Kong but that is more like a food court and won’t be as nice as this! Sipping cocktails and watching those planes! Time could stop at this moment. It would be nice if they used the credit system!
