Making a road trip around the Cotswolds in the heart of England has always been my dream. I am glad to be able to check off this bucket list finally. I have seen plenty of these charming English village pictures, I am excited to be seeing them for the first time. It is a new part of the UK that I have not been to yet. The Cotswolds is a region in central South West England. It comprises the area from the upper River Thames to the Severn Valley and the Vale of Evesham. Most of them are on the smaller side and will take you less than half a day.
Chipping Campden
Broadway
Stow-on-the-Wold
Lower Slaughter
Bourton-on-the-Water
Bradford-on-Avon
Castle Combe
Woodchester

Conclusion
That are a lot of villages and cute little villages in this area. Furthermore, this is not even the full list. There are plenty more places that I did not visit. The Cotswold is different from other destinations. Here it is more of soaking in the vibes, the village life and cute little towns. Everything is a lot slower here with tea houses, cheese places and butchers. 3 days or so will be very comfortable for the Cotswold. They are just laid-back places that people live in and go about their daily lives. My favourite is Castle Combe! Bucket List Checked!
