China spas or reflexology places are out of the world! They are unbelievable. They are my favourite now in the world as a whole! You will never fall in love with it until you try it. I make it a point to check it out whenever I am in China. The concept and service are unique here! These usually tie in with amazing food and beverages at the place. There are plenty of spots coming with awesome movie rooms with unlimited food and drinks. It is hard to find these places online outside China and to get information. You are better off looking at apps like TikTok, XHS and Meituan. You can then contact them on WeChat or Meituan for reservation and even get special rates. I have heard a lot about 指沐 from TikTok. Booking

Simply reach out to them via WeChat or on Meituan. You can just let them know the night prior or on the same day itself. The location is a little out of the city centre so do make sure there are spaces before heading down. We got a didi there which is very straightforward.

Prices

You can find the menu here with prices. It is broadly separated into reflexology or spa treatments. The spa treatments are more expensive. All of the packages come with access to the food and drinks. I will share more about this later on. I went for the longest reflexology package at 100 minutes. I got a special rate from Meituan which cost me just 436 CNY per person rather than 469 CNY.

While the package usually comes with a 4-hour stay, any additional hour costs 20 CNY per person per hour, in reality, if the room is free, you can stay as long as you like.

F&B Menu

The package also includes access to the F&B menu. It is a feast! I am sure you never expect spas or massages to be so extravagant! There is a section that only Spa packages customers can order from. You can still pay for the dish if you want it. The concept here goes with the first order of each dish being complimentary for each person. The second one will be chargeable. While it isn’t unlimited, it is already very generous. There are 16 items on the menu and 21 for Spa. One each will get you stuffed! Food and drinks are offered from 11.30am to 2am.

This is the “Hermes” level of Spa and massage places in China. I have been to a couple of ones and this is on the higher end. It is a very relaxing day here. While the price is high, we settled out lunch here too. Have you ever wanted to rest after a relaxing spa but they always make you change and get out immediately? Here you can rest, and dine before having your treatment. After our treatment, we continue ordering more drinks and food. We stayed till evening before leaving. I would highly recommend this spot if you are looking for a spa in Shanghai.
